Order processing and delivery

Orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse and are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, address issues, or peak shipping periods.

Tracking and shipments

When your order ships, LNDU will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact shop@lndu.com as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. LNDU cannot guarantee changes once an order has been handed to the carrier.

If an item is damaged in transit, missing, or incorrect, contact us promptly and include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label where applicable.
