Products purchased directly from lndu.com may be returned within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.

Return eligibility

For a non-defect return, the smart lock must be in good, resalable condition and include all original items supplied with the product, including the lock, keys, mounting hardware, manuals, promotional items, and original packaging.

Installed products may require additional inspection before return approval. They may be returned only if they have been removed without damage or modification, remain complete and resalable, and include all original components and accessories. Products that are drilled, cut, altered, damaged, incomplete, or missing original items are not eligible for a non-defect return. This does not limit rights relating to a verified defect, shipping damage, or an incorrect item.

Order cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact shop@lndu.com as soon as possible. Cancellation may not be available once fulfillment or shipment has started.

How to start a return

Contact shop@lndu.com with your order number, product model, and reason for return. Do not send a product back without LNDU return authorization.

Return shipping

For non-defect returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. For incorrect items, shipping damage, or verified product defects, LNDU will provide return instructions and, where a return is required, a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds

After the returned product is received and inspected, LNDU will process an approved refund within 5 business days. This is LNDU's processing time only. The time for funds to appear is determined by your bank, card issuer, or other payment provider and may take additional time.

Approved non-defect refunds cover the product price and applicable sales tax. Original shipping, expedited shipping, and other non-product charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by LNDU's error, shipping damage, or a verified defect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
