LNDU Affiliate Program Terms

These terms apply to creators and affiliates participating in the LNDU Affiliate Program.

1. No self-referrals

Affiliates may not earn commission on their own purchases or on orders placed primarily to generate commission.

2. Accurate promotion

Affiliates must not make false, misleading, unverified, or exaggerated claims about LNDU products. Product features, compatibility, installation requirements, pricing, availability, warranties, and performance must be described using current LNDU-approved information.

3. Sponsorship and affiliate disclosure

Affiliates must clearly disclose their material relationship with LNDU in every applicable video, post, description, or other promotion, following the rules of the relevant platform and applicable advertising laws.

4. Paid search restrictions

Without prior written permission from LNDU, affiliates may not bid on LNDU, LNDU product names, LNDU trademarks, or common misspellings of these terms in paid search or other keyword advertising.

5. Coupon distribution

Affiliate coupon codes may only be used in the affiliate's authorized content and channels. Codes may not be submitted to coupon, deal, cashback, or code-aggregation websites without prior written approval from LNDU.

6. Eligible commissions

The standard commission is 10% of eligible net product revenue after discounts, excluding shipping and taxes. Cancelled, refunded, returned, charged-back, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid orders do not qualify and related commissions may be reversed.

7. Tracking and attribution

Referral links use a 30-day tracking window. An assigned affiliate coupon may also be used to attribute a qualifying order. GoAffPro and Shopify records will be used to determine final attribution.

8. Payouts

Approved commissions are paid on Net 30 terms once the affiliate's payable balance reaches US$50. Available payment methods are PayPal and bank transfer. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

9. Enforcement

LNDU may reject or reverse commissions, suspend an affiliate account, or end participation for fraud, misleading promotion, policy violations, misuse of coupon codes, or other conduct that may harm customers or the LNDU brand.

10. Updates

LNDU may update these terms as the program develops. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
